Great potential but also needing a lot: Here's some sugguestions  apart from obivous things like peace treaties or no naval invasion.

1. A frontline system, said this on tiktok but I'll say it again, when spawning troops for the enemy (I know they don't move yet) once you capture a state you can just go rampage throughout their nation. A frontline system or automatic troop movement can help this. Another addition to the frontline could be plans like in hoi4, defence and offence plans that help deal bonuses and help troops move - however for this game i'm not talking big ones like hoi4 im talking mini ones that can are more impactiful but small, allowing for encirclements and stratigic retreats. Your graphics are already amazing but for the troops when plced on a frontline should line up on that front and follow pushes smoothly while staying in a line and breakthroughs should have animations too and that would (personally) make the Frontline system very pleasing.

2. Troops in the ww1 era didn't disapear, you should have (with the frontline system) "injured" troops move back to a safe province.

3.  Your provinces have the same stats for the entire country, I'm sure you got this one but you don't need to make every provience unique, just make states that include multiple provinces name them and have their own stats, major cities get their own stats.

4. Two types of capituation - lots of your troops lost alongside your economy, you can adjust this for balance or all major cities taken, how baised they are to capitulation depends on the ratio of troops between you and the enemy, if they have more then they will be more likely to continue battling. As for peace deal you got it.

5. Reduce states where you don't need them, Looking at greenland was crazy, Wastelands too.

6. The Coat of arms are cool but I say just keep them in the country selection or make it a setting cause I think some fance font for country names would look better

Extra: pressing "h" to clear the UI also hides the Console when typing "h"

These ideas are less direct to the game and more skipable but I think would be a unique selling point:

- World diplomacy, instead of only direct diplomatic options like in every game make a big diplomatic tab where you can see everyones relations of each other, current events, alliances everything.

- Annimations with frontlines. Artiliary & Horses --> Tanks, They would be their own troops, Artiliary would be slightly behind the troops shooting with smoke coming out of the little artiliary box then a random explosion in the enemy frontline, troops too will be just shooting gun smoke and added animations for breakthroughs, retreats, pushes and defences. When you push into a tile the little troop boxes move in slightly and each troop lost will do an frontline animation back or a win will to a slight frontline push untill they fully take the province. Tanks too will have animations that represent them best; All this is graphics and animations, won't actually affect the war. I know this might be a hard request but if you do something like this + suitable frontline system the game will be attract many and look really nice.

- Cities are not circles with names but actual shaped cities with names, further they change with being occupied.

- Trains and forts, Forts are self explanitory, trains for supply. Both with graphic respresentations.

- Creating strategy plans, this is a non functional planning strategies view, In Victoria 2 you could create a battle plan editor and draw different types of arrows on the screen from little to massive ones or frontlines, search it up. I just think it is very fiting for a game like this.

if you found any of these ideas producable or in your vision. No problem and Good Luck on your success

Even though you cant do anything right now, the game has very nice graphics and is fairly smooth even on high graphics
